Have you ever seen those memes that say “If I followed all of my own advice, I would be invincible?” In Slightly Better, I put that theory to the test.

In this series, I attempt to be the unsollicited advice giver to myself. Give my friends a break, and take my own advice out for a spin. A win/win, or so I hope.

Every week, I set myself a goal of a new daily habit that is supposed to make my life Slightly Better. Why only slightly? Because changing your whole entire life all at once does not work, but doing slightly better every day will change your life over time. We’re counting on that compounding interest over here.
